<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device which makes color reproduction in case of a reflective display identical to color reproduction in case of transmissive display, and also to provide its manufacturing method and an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device is provided with a plurality of spacers 221 having slits which pinch liquid crystal 25 between a front substrate 21 and a back substrate 22, and are each formed on the surface of the back substrate 22 opposite to the front substrate 21; and a plurality of reflection plates 222 which are formed on the spacer 221 reflect light passing through the front substrate 21 and have slits corresponding to the slits of the spacers 221; and color filters 223 having projections 223b which pass through the planes 223a formed on the reflection plates 222 and the slits 220 to reach the back substrate 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
