<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel and a fabrication method thereof for reducing an injection time and avoiding problems such as contact irregularity or vibration irregularity. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal panel includes the first substrate 401 which is substantially transparent, the second substrate 402 which is in an opposite side to the first substrate and substantially transparent, a gate line and a data line disposed on the first substrate 401, a switch formed at an intersection of the gate line and the data line, color filters 421, 422, 423 formed on the second substrate 402, a plurality of ball spacers 470 disposed between the first substrate 401 and the second substrate 402, a plurality of photo spacers 460 disposed between the first substrate 401 and the second substrate 402, and a liquid crystal material 480 injected into between the first substrate 401 and the second substrate 402. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
