An implant having artificial dental root made of artificial bone material or heterogeneous bone with similar Young's modulus to natural tooth is provided to facilitate use and plantation through adjusting its length easily, to increase its supporting strength and incorporating force, to improve chewing force, and to allow growing the gum around it for removing space with the artificial dental root. The implant comprises an artificial dental root made of artificial bone material or heterogeneous bone with similar Young's modulus to natural tooth, including a screw part as insertion part and a cone shape with a groove as exposing part.
