摘要 <p>A method of manufacturing a heat pipe 3 comprises mounting a sucking disk 61 onto an opening 312 of a flat surface 311 of the heat pipe 3 so that a gas can be deaerated (fig 10) from a cavity 33 of the heat pipe 3 and also fill the cavity 33 with a working fluid 5. Opening 312 is then sealed to maintain air tightness and improve the quality of the heat pipe 3. Sucking disk 61 comprises a deformation part 611 having a through hole 612, which receives a pipe 62 for deaerating and filling the cavity 33. Prior to filling the cavity 33, the working fluid 5 may be vaporized (fig 13). Working fluid 5 may be water, methyl alcohol or other liquids. Sealing the opening 312 may comprise of compressing the heat pipe 3 in a perpendicular direction around the opening 312 by moving a first 71 and/or second 72 loading element (figs 12, 18 & 19), and soldering or spot welding the opening 312. Soldering techniques may include gas, supersonic or laser soldering. Opening 312 may be located in a projecting part (34, fig 15) of the heat pipe 3 and sealing may take place by clamping and clipping (fig 17) the projecting part (34) and soldering the clipped end. Alternatively, the projecting part may be melted using an excimer laser.</p>
