<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bursting-out of a liquid caused by a rise of the liquid level in an air separation chamber, and to prevent a pressure rise in a casing. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust gas unit 120 for discharging an air in the air separation chamber 60 to the outside is arranged on an upper section 110 of the casing 10 of the air separation chamber 60. The exhaust gas unit 120 has an exhaust pipe passage for connecting with an upper space 100 of the air separation chamber 60, and a valve unit 140 connected with the exhaust pipe passage 130. The valve unit 140 is a structure for storing a bursting-out preventive valve 150 and relief valve 160 in the inside 143 of a housing 142 formed in a cylindrical box type. The relief valve 160 prevents bursting-out of the liquid by closing the bursting-out preventive valve 150 when the liquid surface in the air separation chamber 60 abnormally ascends on the basis of troubles of a float valve 72, and prevents devices in the casing 10 from breaking down by relieving pressure with an opened valve when internal pressure in the housing 142 is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
