<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a sound collecting device for a vehicle having no adverse effect on the aesthetic appearance of an instrument panel, enabling the formation of an opening in the instrument panel of a vehicle on which a sound collecting device is not installed, and enabling the adjustment of the sound collection level. <P>SOLUTION: An operation lever for a wiper switch is so formed as to be vertically moved according to the amount of rain fall to change the wiping amount thereof. When a wiper is not used, the operation lever is installed at a position where the opening is concealed when the sound collecting device is viewed from the driver. Also, an operation lever for a combination switch is so formed that the state of the switch can be switched by vertically operating it. When a wiper is not used, the operation lever is installed at a position where the opening is concealed when the sound collecting device is viewed from the driver. The operation lever for the wiper switch is so formed that, when the sound collecting device is viewed from the driver, the area of the opening concealed according to an increase in the amount of rain fall is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
