PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable suppression of a reduction in floor area and maintenance of beauty of a building, when securing a ventilation path.SOLUTION: A column 2 constituting a structure of a building body 1 comprises: a hollow part 2A that is vertically extended within a cross-section of the column 2; a first circulation port 11 that is opened on a side surface of the column 2 to communicate the hollow part 2A and the inside of the building with each other in an air-communicable manner; and a second circulation port 12 that is positioned on a story above the first circulation port 11 to communicate the hollow part 2A and an outdoor side with each other in an air-communicable manner.
