UNSOLICITED GRANT SERVICE CLASS IN IEEE 802.16/WIBRO SYSTEM

A UGS class of IEEE 802.16/WiBro system for providing a service considering a grant period of UGS flows is provided to offer proper QoS by solving a problem such as the overload of USG. An SS(Subscriber Station) transmits a DSA-REQ message in BS. BS starts the process for authorizing the grant cycle and guaranteed size in the new flow(S410). The frame determined as overload is excluded from the candidate group of the service frame(S430). BS calculates the least common multiple cycle between the new flow and the other flows in which the DSA-REQ message belongs to the frame of the point of time when being nice in BS(S440). It determines whether the calculated least common multiple cycle is a prime number(S450). The value minimizing the least common multiple cycle is judged(S460). It selected as the grant cycle of the new flow(S470).
