The present invention is to promote high thermal efficiency of a heat exchanger and prevent high temperature tapping during restart of operation due to boiling. A plurality of stainless steel based metal heat transfer fins (31) are installed in parallel in a vertical direction between the side walls (303, 304) of a body (30) having openings (301, 302) on an upper side and a lower side. The heat transfer fin (31) has vertically long and approximately oval-shaped heat transfer tube insertion holes (611, 612) which are arranged in two layers of an upper layer and a lower layer, an upper end groove (651) formed on an upper end side between the heat transfer tube insertion holes (611), and a lower end groove (652) formed, on a lower end side, between the heat transfer tube insertion holes (612). The heat transfer tube insertion hole (611) on the upper end side and the heat transfer tube insertion hole (612) on the lower end side are arranged and installed in eccentric locations to the left and right. The upper end groove (651) is formed from a fin upper end portion (311) to the heat transfer tube insertion hole (612) on the lower end side through a lower end portion of the heat transfer tube insertion hole (611) on the upper end side. The lower end groove (652) on the lower end side is formed, on a fin lower end portion (312), from a lower end portion of the heat transfer tube insertion hole (612) on the lower end side toward the upper side. In addition, the edges of both sides of the lower end groove (652) are formed to have a gradually extending gap between them. |
