PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting device widely usable by easily connecting a sheet and capable of preventing the mixing of foreign matter due to weather to increase the utility value of the waterproof sheet used as a mat for leisure and functions or as a cover at a construction site. SOLUTION: A pair of long plate members having an upper member and a lower member are opposed to each other in the state of being curved inward. A wood plate is vertically attached to the lower long plate member at the center, and a plurality of bolts are inserted through the lower member from the outside to the inside. A bolt hole is formed in the upper long plate member at the position opposed to the bolt, and a plurality of nail holes are formed in the other portions.
