The present invention relates to an antireflection film and an organic light emitting device having the same. The antireflection film includes a polarizer, a first phase delay layer, and a second phase delay layer. At least one from the first phase delay layer and the second phase delay layer includes a liquid crystal layer. The liquid crystal layer includes liquid crystals inclined slantly with respect to a surface. The present invention can improve a display characteristic on a side surface by reducing dependency on a viewing angle.
