PROCESS OF PRODUCING NONMETALIC SOLID PATTERN MATERIAL USING 3D METALIC TEXTURE FILM

The present invention relates to a method of producing a nonmetallic material using a film with a three-dimensional metallic texture pattern capable of forming a synthetic resin film with a three-dimensional pattern using an embossing roll to form a three-dimensional pattern; forming a metallic texture by vacuum-evaporating a metal on a surface of the film; and joining the nonmetallic material and the synthetic resin film with a UV-curing resin. The method of producing the nonmetallic material using the film with the three-dimensional metallic texture pattern is capable of providing the three-dimensional pattern with selective high resolution by joining the nonmetallic material and the film with the three-dimensional metallic texture pattern through the three-dimensional pattern using the embossing roll and the metal vacuum-evaporation, and solving a curling problem (a shrinkage of the film) after processing when using a heat curing method; thereby providing a product with excellent bonding strength, splitting resistance, water resistance, and thermal resistance.
