PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for utilizing a physical chip authentication device for an electronic device network, and preventing an attack to the network due to a takeover of a peripheral device.SOLUTION: Electronic devices composing a network are divided into two kinds, i.e. a peripheral device and a basic server which manages registration information on the peripheral device. The basic server executes central management by software. A physical chip authentication device is mounted on the peripheral device, and security of the entire network is efficiently improved by managing at a device level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 81
