PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic travel motor with a speed reducer securing a spacer and a collar whose shapes are designed so that the pre-compression spacer and the collar can be assembled thereto while maintaining a status that an inner race of a bearing is pressed by a press or the like with a proper load.SOLUTION: In the hydraulic travel motor with the speed reducer, a groove 95 formed in a position where the other end side of a bearing unit faces in an outer periphery of a motor casing and having a U-shaped cross-sectional shape is in the vicinity of one end side of the bearing 18a constituting the bearing unit and formed at the motor casing 13.
