PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus that is easily maintained and can produce water-added fuel oil that is hardly separated into fuel oil and water without containing a surfactant or the like and has no adverse effect on an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A production apparatus A of water-added fuel oil includes a functional water purification unit A1 for purifying functional water by removing impurities and making a cluster fine, a primary agitation tank 1 having a drain port, a water pipe 11 and a sprayer 110 for supplying and spraying the functional water into the tank, and a secondary agitation tank 12 equipped with a drainpipe and a carbon dioxide gas spraying tube 13. The production apparatus A further includes a liquid mixture circulation unit 200 that withdraws an oil/water mixture from the primary agitation tank 1, passes the liquid mixture through a mixing system reformer 25 with a tin catalyst, and then circulates the liquid mixture to the secondary agitation tank 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
