PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a polyolefin resin single chip having improved production speed and processability and the polyolefin resin single chip exhibiting mechanical physical property such as high shock strength, tensile strength and having a uniform composition while having low specific gravity.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a polyolefin resin single chip according to an embodiment includes a step for impregnating a fiber reinforced material having length of 5 mm to 20 mm into a molten mixture containing a propylene homopolymer having molecular weight distribution of 3 to 6 and a coloring agent to form a thermoplastic resin composite, where cooling speed of the thermoplastic resin composite at ordinary temperature is 19°C/min or higher. The polyolefin resin single chip according to an embodiment consists of the thermoplastic resin composite containing a polymer substrate containing the propylene homopolymer having molecular weight distribution of 3 to 6 and the coloring agent, and a fiber reinforced material impregnated into the polymer substrate and having length of 5 mm to 20 mm, where an impact strength measured according to ASTM D256 is 200 J/m or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
