PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for a vehicle capable of easily enhancing its mounting space efficiency on the vehicle and securing the blowout wind quantity from a rear face blowout hole sufficiently. SOLUTION: The air-conditioner for the vehicle includes a front face duct 40 composed of a common duct part 41 connected with a case 21 to store heat-exchangers 22 and 23, center face duct parts 42 and 43 to connect the common duct part 41 with center face blowout holes 31 and 32 in an instrument panel 30, and side face duct parts 44 and 45 to connect the common duct part 41 with side face blowout holes 33 and 34 in the instrument panel 30. The arrangement further includes a tying duct 28 to be connected with the common duct part 41 and a rear face duct 60 to connect the tying duct 28 with the rear face blowout hole 51.
