Method and device for processing of valve seat of fuel injection valve, comprising use of ultra sonic waves

The fuel injection valve (1) comprises of a valve body (3) with a seat inside and an axially movable needle (5) acting with a needle seat in combination with the body seat in order to control the injection process. For processing the needle (5) is pressed against the body seat by axial forces. Ultra sonic waves are guided into the valve body (3) resulting in an adjustment of body seat and needle seat. The unit for processing is assembled of a case (34) for the valve body (3) connected to the ultra sonic device (36) and a drive (30) creating the forces acting on the needle (5).
