A speaker device where a baffle plate forming an acoustic space in the speaker device is made from a resin material, a step is formed at an opening provided in the baffle plate to install a diaphragm, and the diaphragm is positioned by using the step. By this construction, the strength of the baffle plate can be improved and even the strength of the speaker device can be improved.
