A heat-utilizing furnace comprises oxygen blown through a glowing slag filled in a temporary storage; an automatically controlled tap hole into an open heat-insulated row of cassettes placed on a transport chain with a horizontal structure as a black body intensively radiating fuel material; a continuously heated steam-producing pipe system above the open surface of the cassettes; a steam over-heater in the heat-insulated roof of the temporary storage connected to the pipe system through a connection pipe; and a heat-insulated pipe to transport the over-heated steam to the site of utilization.
