An EC method having a margin return function is provided to return a part of online sale margin to buyers and enable a buyer to buy goods at a lower price by making the buyer suggest the desired price. Desired price and time information for the goods is received from the buyer and is stored to a storage device(S201). A negotiation price capable of promptly purchasing the goods is selected among the desired prices of the goods having the same desired time(S202). The negotiation price is transmitted to the buyer(S203). Payment completion of the buyer is checked(S205). Goods reception information is confirmed from the buyer(S208). An amount corresponding to the part of the margin generated from goods sales is returned to the buyers(S209). |
