PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tamper proof container whose cap cannot be removed from a spout portion of a container body even if a stopping portion where the lower end part of the cap caulked into a stopper ring is resumed to be its original state, and fraud opening is impossible unless the cap is deformed so as to protrude outwardly more than an original shape of an outer circumferential wall of the cap. SOLUTION: A container includes a container body 5 and a cap 12. The cap 12 includes a cap body 8 formed with a threaded part 7 that threadedly engage with a threaded part 3 of a spout part 2 of the container body, a stopping part 9 caulked so that the lower end part of the cap body is stopped by the lower end part of a stopper ring 4, and a breach 10 for cutting at the time of opening formed between the stopping part and the lower end part of the threaded part of the cap body. A ringlike concave part 6 is formed in the stopper ring. A tamper proof container is configured with the ringlike concave part and a ringlike groove 13 in a peripheral section of the cap body, which is recessed into the ringlike concave part.
