PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a corrosion condition of a steel material in an early stage, using an optical fiber sensor.SOLUTION: A corrosion sensor 11 according to the present application is a corrosion sensor detecting a corrosion condition of a reinforced concrete structure, which includes: a polishing steel rod 12; and optical fiber sensors 13 and 14 on a surface of the polishing steel rod 12 for detecting distortion, in which light waves propagate having characteristics varied by distortion resulting from corrosion of the polishing steel rod 12. Further, the corrosion sensor 11 further has a coating mortar 15 coating the polishing steel rod 12 and the optical fiber sensors 13 and 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
