PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet device that inhibits leaked water from flowing down underneath a fitting surface and enables the water leakage to be detected readily, even when a crack develops in a water passage member.SOLUTION: A faucet device (1) of the present invention is installed on a fitting surface, and includes: a resin water passage member (10) installed on the fitting surface; a valve unit (12) connected water-tightly with the water passage member and switching between a water discharge state and water cutoff state; an outer shell member (8) covering an outer periphery of the water passage member; supply pipes (14, 16) connected water-tightly with the water passage member and supplying water or heated water to an upstream side of the valve unit; and an outer peripheral sealing member (40) sealing water-tightly between a lower edge surface of the water passage member and the fitting surface, or between an outer peripheral surface of the water passage member and an inner wall surface of the outer shell member. The water passage member has cutout parts for drainage (38a, 38b, 38c) formed above the outer peripheral sealing member for communicating a crack with the outer peripheral surface of the water passage member, in the case where the crack develops in the water passage member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
