The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cosmetic product in a form in which a cosmetic composition is absorbed in cotton and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a cosmetic product in a form in which an emulsion, liquid, solid, or powder type cosmetic composition is absorbed in cotton after any case, regardless of the shape of the case, is filled with the cotton for a common purpose. According to the present invention, when a cosmetic case is filled with cotton, the cotton can be transformed regardless of the shape of the case, and thus can be used in any case for a common purpose; the cosmetic product containing a cosmetic composition absorbed in the cotton has improved stability by a cotton support effect; the cosmetic product is stably protected regardless of the dosage form, thereby enabling developers to develop a cosmetic composition with various dosage forms and various senses of feeling; and the cosmetic product can be used regardless of the case, and thus case can be used regardless of the dosage form. Resultantly, the manufacturing costs of the cosmetic product can be lowered.
