SINTERING APPARATUS AND SINTERING METHOD

A sintering apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a transportation part which is located between a hopper part supplying a sintering raw material and a discharging part discharging the sintered raw material, and circulates a sintering trailer mounted with the sintering raw material; an ignition furnace located at a rear of the hopper part in a proceeding direction of the sintering trailer; a wind box part which is provided at a lower part of the sintering trailer, and absorbs a gas in the sintering trailer; and a sinter cake uniform composition unit which supplies an oxygen gas independently to an area where temperature of the sinter cake burning the sintering raw material is less than 1200°C, and is located at a rear of the ignition furnace in the proceeding direction of the sintering trailer. Also, a sintering method according to another embodiment of the present invention may include: a charging process of supplying the sintering raw material to the sintering trailer circulated in the hopper part; an ignition process of igniting a surface of the sintering raw material; a curing process in which a wind box provided at the lower part of the sintering trailer absorbs the gas in the sintering trailer, and burns the sintering raw material; and an oxygen blowing process in which an oxygen supply part located at the rear of the ignition furnace in the proceeding direction of the sintering trailer supplies the oxygen gas independently to the area where the temperature of the sinter cake burning the sintering raw material is less than 1200°C.
