A heat exchange-type ventilation device is provided with: a main body (1) having an air supply path and an exhaust path formed therein; a heat exchanger (2) in which a plurality of partition members (21a) are layered with an interval therebetween; an air supply blower (3) provided to one side of the interior of the air supply path so as to sandwich the heat exchanger (2); and an exhaust blower (4) provided to one side of the interior of the exhaust path so as to sandwich the heat exchanger (2). The air supply blower and the exhaust blower are arranged along the layering direction of the partition members (21a) so that an intake port (4a) is oriented in the opposite direction from the air supply blower and the exhaust blower and air outlets (3b, 4b) are oriented in the same direction as one another.
