A manufacturing method of a copper and iron composite alloy comprises the following steps: step 1: a process of melting high quality copper in an electric furnace, wherein the high quality copper is melted and degasified to form molten copper; step 2: a process of melting high quality iron in the electric furnace, wherein the high quality iron is melted and degasified to form molten iron; step 3: a process of mixing the molten copper and the molten iron, wherein the molten copper and the molten iron are mixed to form a molten mixture; and step 4: a cooling process, wherein the molten mixture is injected into a mold to form an ingot. Since the manufacturing method melts a copper material and an iron material respectively, and then mixes the same, compared to an existing method, the manufacturing method of the present invention has a better dispersion effect, that is, iron particles are more evenly dispersed among the cooper particles. Additionally, since melting and dehydrogenation are performed under a high pressure, and the two materials are respectively degasified, the manufacturing method of the present invention has a better degasification effect. |
