PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet having a layer excellent in flexibility and heat/moist proofness, and a packaging material and a molded article using the same.SOLUTION: A laminated sheet 10 includes a base material 1 and a layer 5. The layer 5 is composed of a composition including a high-molecular compound (A) having a hydroxy group, an isocyanate compound (B) and a silicon compound (C). The silicon compound (C) is preferably a layer including at least one compound (C1) selected from a compound expressed by a formula (c1) and a hydrolysate thereof.
