PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web conveying device that can correct meander and skew of a web subjected to double-side coating or single-side coating.SOLUTION: A web conveying device (2) comprises: at least one set of a pair of holding rollers (21a, 21b) which are arranged so as to hold a position separated from a center in a width direction of a web (W) and to be rotatable accompanying conveyance of the web (W); a deviation detecting device (22) which detects deviation in the width direction of the web (B); and a holding-force changing device (70) that when the deviation detecting device (22) detects the deviation in the width direction of the web (B), changes holding force of the holding rollers (21a, 21b).
