PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive report system using a communication module in which the fault in a vending machine or the state thereof is detected quickly at a remote place by a report machine connected with a sensor and the report machine can be controlled remotely. SOLUTION: The report system 1 using a communication module 2a comprises: a sensor 3 for detecting open/close, vibration, sound, contact, infrared, and other states of a vending machine, or the like, and delivering detection information to a report machine 2; the report machine 2 for transmitting the detection information received from the sensor 3 to a server 5 dedicated to the module through a network 4 dedicated to the module; the server 5 dedicated to the module and transmitting the information received from the report machine 2 to a Web server 7 through the Internet 6; and the Web server 7 for delivering the information received from the server 5 dedicated to the module to a CTI server 8 based on preset selection conditions, or transmitting it to a computer terminal 10 through the Internet 9, or transmitting it to a portable terminal 12 through a portable telephone Web network 11.
