PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good recording image by preventing generation of a false outline in the center of a color space on a color separation table for performing color separation processing. SOLUTION: A control line for making a color separation table is set (S601). Based on a control line, a cube of color separation table is divided into six tetrahedrons (S602), and each tetrahedron is further divided into triangles (S603).
