<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform the performance evaluation of a range reinforcement system in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: This performance evaluation system has a plurality of user PCs 10-1 to 10-4 for performing simulation calculation of the performance evaluation of SBAS(Satellite Based Augmentation System) using an SBAS message data file 23 that is received from an SBAS satellite 25 by an SBAS receiver 24 and stored in a file server 22.
