PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar power generation device capable of improving maintenance performance while preventing degradation in power generation efficiency.SOLUTION: The solar power generation device is installed on a lid 4A of a manhole 4 to cover the surface thereof. The solar power generation device includes: a condensing unit 1 for condensing sunlight; an optical waveguide section 2 which is optically connected to the condensing unit for guiding the sunlight to the inside of the manhole from the surface side of the lid of the manhole; and a solar cell 3 which is installed on the inner side of the manhole and is optically connected to the optical waveguide section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
