To provide highly versatile check valves, to be installed in fluid supply flow paths, that allow supply of fluid from the downstream side while maintaining sealing characteristic against outside, and fulfill functions as check valves during normal operation, and to provide fluid supply devices that use the check valves. A check valve characterized by having (1) a main section that forms a flow path with tie-in points at both ends and a middle hollow section, (2) a valve body positioned in said middle hollow section, made of movable paramagnetic material, and having one end that seals the above mentioned flow path and the other end that is biasing-possible, and (3) an outer casing around the outer circumference of the above mentioned main section, with magnet ic poles that are arranged in a manner so that they sandwich said valve body, and said magnetic poles are mountable and removable, or allow change of mounting locations.
