<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent infiltration of water into a gap, which is caused by irregular dimensions or deformation, by accurately improving welding of a cover member. <P>SOLUTION: The cover member 20 is liquid-tightly welded to a plug body 4 on the outer edge 20 side, and an intermediate layer 21 is provided between the plug body 4 and the cover member 20. A liquid channel 25 to make a spout 9 on the top 8 of the plug body 4 communicate with the inner side of the plug body 4 is provided in the cover member 20, and a third water stop member 28 is provided at the joint part between the spout 9 of the plug body 4 and the liquid channel 25 of the cover member 20. With this structure, water stop at the joint part is secured by the third water stop member 28 at the joint part, and infiltration of water into the intermediate layer 21 can be prevented. The width of a second clearance 29 is formed larger than the length of projection of a welded projection 24 in a free end state, and smaller than the length of projection of a first water stop projection 30 in a free end state. The width of a third clearance 31 is formed larger than the width of a first clearance 22 and smaller than the length of projection of a second water stop projection 32 in a free end state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
