PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deterioration in a phase noise almost at an oscillation frequency by preventing a capacitor provided to widen a variable frequency range from entering a floating state. SOLUTION: A second switching transistor P1 is provided in parallel to the parallel capacitor C3 provided in order to widen the variable frequency range and when a first switching transistor N2 connected in series with the parallel capacitor C3 in order to switch frequency is turned off, a second switching transistor P1 is turned on. Consequently, when the first switching transistor N2 is turned off, a short circuit is formed through a path of the second switching transistor P1 to prevent the parallel capacitor C3 from entering the floating state.
