PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball putting-out system which can prevent balls from being excessively put out when balls put out of a ball putting-out device cannot be detected by the removal of a put-out ball detection means and the like for example. SOLUTION: The ball putting-out device 11 comprises a ball passage 21 as a passage of balls put out from the ball putting-out device 11, the put-out ball detection means 13 attached to a prescribed position and to detect balls put out of the ball putting-out device 11, and a passage control member 25 which is movable to a permission position where the member permits balls in the ball passage 21 to pass and to a prohibition position where the member prohibits balls in the ball passage 21 from passing and is in the permission position when the put-out ball detection means 13 is in a prescribed position and in the prohibition position when the put-out ball detection means 13 is not in the prescribed position.
