PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt-conveyor sushi counter capable of reducing labor costs by dispensing with employees who enter a customer seat floor to collect dishes such as plates, reducing the area required for the customer seat floor, reducing the fatigue of employees, and improving sanitation and services. SOLUTION: The belt-conveyor sushi counter has an opening 8 under a conveyor lane 4 where conveyors 5 and 6 circulate for bringing sushi S on plates T to customers.
