PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond to a demand for energy-saving humidification in factory air conditioning for a clean room and the like where high humidification control accuracy (for example, in a range of 45±5%) is required, by enhancing effective humidification efficiency by positively using re-evaporation in an eliminator and effectively using water.SOLUTION: A water spray humidifying device is provided, including a wind channel, a nozzle disposed in the wind channel, a water supply passage including a pump and supplying clean water supplied from the outside of the wind channel to the nozzle, and a porous metal eliminator disposed in the wind channel. The porous metal eliminator is an open-cell body, in which thousands of cells are present overlapping inside the eliminator and overlapping portions form open pores communicating spaces and penetrating from the top face to the back face in the entire eliminator. Part of openings of communicating cells in a countless number are planes forming smooth elliptical shapes, When air containing mist passes through the openings, the mist captured on the openings easily form water films by surface tension. |
