PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and noise of the rotor of a motor while enhancing productivity and quality. SOLUTION: In the rotor 100 of a motor where a rotor magnet 3 having a shaft 1, a back yoke 4 molded of thermoplastic resin containing a soft magnetic material or ferrite, and a plastic magnet 5 arranged on the outer circumference of the back yoke 4, and a position detection magnet 11 are integrally molded of thermoplastic resin 17, the back yoke 4 has a plurality of recesses 6 on one axial end face and a seat 8 for positioning the position detection magnet 11 in the other axial end face. The shaft 1, the rotor magnet 3, and the position detection magnet 11 are integrally molded of the thermoplastic resin 17 to bury the recess 6 in the back yoke 4 and the seat 8.
