A free sticking type panel, a belt, an electric wire, a free sticking type LED, a free sticking type LED module, and an electric signboard are provided to induce various color changes by using three or more sheets of conductive panel parts. A free sticking type panel includes a first conductive panel part(03), a first insulating part(04), a second conductive panel part(05), a second insulating part(06), and a third conductive panel part(07). The first insulating part and the second insulating part are positioned among the first conductive panel part, the second conductive panel part, and the third conductive panel part. The first conductive panel part, the second conductive panel part, and the third conductive panel part are connected with one of a positive pole terminal and a negative pole terminal of a power supply unit.
