<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise credit of a seller by allowing to resell a vehicle at large sum and securing transparency of purchase price, and to dispense with the preparation of a large amount of vehicle procurement funds. <P>SOLUTION: When sale is successful after repairing the vehicle to which sale is consigned, the consigned sale amount which is the amount subtracted repair costs of the vehicle and predetermined commission charge from the sale price is paid, and when sale is not successful, a purchase guaranty deposit is disbursed. A server computer 1 computes a vehicle repair estimate charge, a vehicle sale estimated value after repair and an amount subtracted the vehicle repair estimate charges and the predetermined commission charge from the vehicle sale estimated value as a purchase guaranty deposit, and used vehicle repair charge data, and outputs as presentation data together with vehicle sale reasonable price data.
