IC CARD FOR AUTHENTICATION AND ENTRANCE AUTHENTICATION PROCESSING SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card for authentication and an entrance authentication processing system which shorten authentication processing time and reduce troubles of a user even when a plurality of gate device for entrance/exit are installed.

SOLUTION: The IC card has an authentication system information storage area in which its user writes authentication system information by which a kind of an authentication system used when authentication is received is specified, the gate device for entrance/exit has an authentication processing means for performing authentication by a predetermined authentication system, a means for writing the authentication system information by which the kind of authentication system is specified in the authentication system information storage area of the IC card when the authentication is performed, a means for reading the authentication system information stored in the authentication system information storage area of the IC card when authentication processing is performed and a means for controlling entrance or exit to possible states without performing the authentication processing when the authentication system specified by the read authentication system information is the same as the one used by the authentication processing device.
