PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording/reproducing device for multichannel broadcasting, capable of efficiently transmitting information, easily selecting channel information that is necessary, and capable of recording/reproducing the information, using a simple system. SOLUTION: Second time data suited to the recording/reproducing device is generated based on first time data added beforehand.
