PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible light-emitting device of high reliability in which an element containing at least one organic material of a forming temperature of 150°C or more is formed. SOLUTION: The light-emitting device 10 is equipped with a first glass base material 11 of thickness of 100μm or less, a first substrate 13 having flexibility of thickness of 100μm or more, and the element 12 which is formed on the first glass base material and which contains at least one organic material of the forming temperature of 150°C or more.
