TITLE: MOTOR BRUSH HOLDER ASSEMBLY Abstract The present invention relates to a motor brush holder assembly. A motor brush holder assembly, comprising a motor end cover, characterized in that the motor end cover consists of a disk-shaped upper end plate and a barrel formed at an edge of the upper end plate; a shaft hole is formed in the center of the upper end plate, and a number of bosses are provided on an inner surface thereof; a step surface, which forms a step structure with the upper end face of the boss, is formed at an inner edge of the boss; and pressers, configured to clamp a motor brush holder plate onto the step surface, are respectively provided on the upper end faces of the bosses; adjusting through holes corresponding to the bosses are respectively formed on the upper end plate, and an adjustable fastener, which passes through the adjusting through hole to fix the presser on the boss, is provided inside each adjusting through hole; and an adjusting window, which is formed with a channel extending into the motor to adjust the motor brush holder plate, is formed on the barrel.
