PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of reducing a parasitic capacitance between wires while preventing an increase in wiring resistance.SOLUTION: A pixel 100 of a liquid crystal display device includes a signal line 121, a scanline 103 crossing with the signal line 121, a first electrode 123 projecting from the signal line 121, a second electrode 125a facing the first electrode 123, and a pixel electrode 139a connected to the second electrode 125a. Further, a part of the scanline 103 has a loop shape, and a part of the first electrode 123 is located at a region overlapping an opening of the scanline 103.
