PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address the necessity of a procedure for firmly fixing a tissue to a bone and components for use in the procedure.SOLUTION: A tissue repair apparatus disclosed here relates to an anchor assembly. The anchor assembly comprises: an anchor for defining a hollow part, and an opening part to the hollow part; and an insertion member without a head part, configured to be disposed in the anchor hollow part and including a body having a threaded proximal portion, a distal portion without any thread, and a canula insertion part extending by a partial length of the insertion member.
