PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage heating device capable of preventing dew condensation of a window surface and useful for prevention of down draft and cold draft that cold air drops from a glass surface.SOLUTION: A heat storage heating device 10 for a wind glass 100 or the like includes a heat radiation element 12 filled with heat storage medium, and a support member 14 capable of detachably installing the a plurality of heat radiation elements 12 with cavities. The heat storage medium with which the inside of the heat radiation element 12 is filled uses a latent heat storage material having phase change from liquid to solid. By utilizing coagulation latent heat at the time when the latent heat storage material changes from liquid to solid, updraft is generated near the heat radiation element 12 to reduce a relative humidity on an indoor side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A |
